PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare an adhesive pressure-sensitive tape which is reduced in the generation of distortion and enables good shaping of external appearance and processability upon unwinding, in a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape having a nontacky region formed on a substrate. SOLUTION: On both end portions of a substrate 11 composed of, e.g. a polyolefin based film such as a polyethylene film and a polypropylene film, a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 12 is partially formed by fib coating, or the like, with various types of pressure-sensitive adhesives including, e.g. an acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive. In the nontacky region of the surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 12 of this substrate 11, a nontacky thermoplastic resin layer 13 composed of a thermoplastic resin is provided so as to have the same thickness as the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 12. Further, a release treating layer 14 is provided on the back of the substrate 11 by coating a silicone based release agent to obtain to objective pressure-sensitive adhesive tape 10. Further, this pressuresensitive adhesive tape 10 is wound on a winding core to obtain the winding 1 in the form of a roll.
