PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for producing pressed flowers, capable of drying flowers and suppressing their discoloration. SOLUTION: This device for producing pressed flowers through drying flowers by heating with microwave under reduced pressure has a vacuum chamber containing blotting paper for nipping the flowers and jigs for nipping the blotting paper, a microwave oven in which the vacuum chamber is set, and a piping having a vacuum cutoff valve for connecting the vacuum chamber with a vacuum pump for bringing the inside of the vacuum chamber to a reduced pressure state and a vacuum breaking valve.
