PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elastic contriving the improvement of ride quality, vibration-proof performance and sound insulation performance without damaging durability and safety from small input to large input. SOLUTION: In the elastic wheel provided with a disc 1 provided with a base rim 2 and a rim 3 supporting the tire 10, a rubber resilient body 4 is annularly interposed between the outer peripheral face of the base rim 2 and the inner peripheral face of the rim 3 and a gap is formed between the rubber resilient body 4 and the outer peripheral face of the base rim 2 or the inner peripheral face of the rim 3.
