PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suitably print a printing pattern on a printing surface of a base plate from a transfer surface of a film. SOLUTION: The transfer surface of the film 6 is opposed on the printing surface of the base plate 10, a spacer 13 projected to the film 6 side is provided on an outer peripheral part of the plate 10, air between the film 6 and the plate 10 is then exhausted from a suction port 12 provided at the outer periphery of the plate 10 and the spacer 13 part, a superposed unit of the film 6 and the plate 10 is thereafter pressurized, and thereby a printing pattern provided on the transfer surface of the film 6 is transferred to the printing surface of the plate 10.
