PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device capable of restraining generation of an abnormal image by stabilizing behavior of paper for holding an unfixed toner image by absorbing deflection caused by the paper between a transfer means and a fixing means. SOLUTION: Since a carrying speed of fixing roller pairs 3 is slower a little than a transfer roller 2, the paper 13 for holding the unfixed toner image slacks between the transfer roller 2 and the fixing roller pairs 3. A carrying guide plate 10 rotates with a fulcrum A as the center by a slack by this paper 13, and absorbs the slack.
