PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of preventing crows from swarming onto food-related garbage, or the like, at a garbage collection yard, or the like. SOLUTION: This crow-repelling device has such a scheme that a plurality of flexible wire rods 1 are fixed onto a fixing element (foundation) 2, the tip and/or a midway point of each of the wire rods 1 is (are) furnished with at least one spherical element 3, wherein the wire rods 1 are designed to be swingable together with the spherical elements 3 by the aid of a gentle breeze, and the surface of each of the spherical elements 3 is ensured to be reflective to sunlight.
