PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning apparatus for a blade to be exchanged with which dust removing work is conducted completely in exchanging the blade to be exchanged for a turret punch press machine and time required for the dust removing work is shortened. SOLUTION: A cleaning chamber 3 into which a blade 2 to be exchanged for the turret punch press machine is arranged at an upper part of a housing 6, plural nozzles 4 for jetting gas flow toward the inserted blade to be exchanged are arranged around the cleaning chamber 3. A dust removing work is instantly and completely conducted by only inserting the blade to be exchanged in to the cleaning chamber 3, further, a zone where pressure becomes negative by passing of the gas flow is formed at a midway of a passage of the jetted gas flow, a relay means to suck oil in an oil bath is arranged in the zone, thereby oiling work in addition to the dust removing work is conducted in one shot.
