PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for training muscle by electric stimulation in which adjustment of parameter or selection of software suitable for purpose of use are easily made for an athlete or a user who needs to lose weight. SOLUTION: The device for training muscle by electric stimulation impressing electric signals to a pad that is to be applied to a relevant region of human body is provided with means of generating a series of pulse signals (EMS) including the first process that increase amplitude of pulse train signals to prescribed positive and negative output voltage, the second process keeping prescribed positive and negative output voltage and the third process that decrease amplitude of the pulse train signals from prescribed positive and negative output voltage, and with a part of controlling output impressing pulse train signal, that the means of generating of the pulse signals output, to the pad. In the device constituted in this way, at least one of warm-up, cool-down, muscular mass, maximum power, instantaneous power, resisting power, staying power, activation of muscle or tightening of muscle is conducted to the relevant region of human body by a series of pulse signals.
