PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely perform sliding constraint of a movable panel in the case of other end of the movable panel being upwardly and downwardly moved. SOLUTION: The apparatus includes a body of a stopper 61 providing first and second of long grooves 61a, 61b which extend in a downward and upward direction of the movable panel 3 fixed to a guided rail, the first of an engaging member 62 releasable with the first of the long groove 61a in the body of the stopper 61 provided on the movable panel 3 and the second of a mated member 63 releasable with the second of the long groove 61b in the body of the stopper 61 provided on the movable panel 3.
