PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a massaging device which has reduced inconsistent stimulation, reduced fluctuation of blood reflux to the heart, of almost the same degree sensation experienced with a massage therapist, and has reduced load to the mechanical parts. SOLUTION: The massaging device provides two pairs of rings 11, 12, 13 and 14 which massage separately both sides of the lower or upper limbs and a motor 15 which drives an rotating axle 17 which these massaging rings 11, 12, 13 and 14 are attached. The rings 11 and 12, 18 and 14 are in an asymmetrical and non-parallel and the fitted angle have a differential degree of 180. When the rotating axle 17 turns, each part of 11, 12, 13 and 14 massages a limb alternately.
