PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shorts type disposable habiliment of which the both sides of margins joined each other can be smoothly torn at a joint area. SOLUTION: This shorts types disposable habiliment 1 has the first and second girth areas 20, 22 and a crotch area 21 disposed between the girth areas 20, 22, an opening of girth 5 and an opening of leg circumference 6 are formed by joining the first and second girth areas 20, 22 at joint areas B1 that extend to the both sides of margins 1a of the 20, 22, and the first and second elastic components 8 and 9 are attached to marginal parts of the opening of girth 5 and the opening of leg circumference 6 respectively in extending condition. Both end parts 8a of the first elastic components 8 are fixed to the first parts B2 deviating from the joint areas B1 to the inside of direction X of girth, and both end parts 9a of the second elastic components 9 are fixed to the second parts B3 deviating from the joint areas B1 to the inside of direction Y of leg circumference.
