WATER-MISCIBLE NON-DARK COLORED PARENTERAL INJECTABLE COMPOSITION OF NON-STEROIDAL ANTIINFLAMMATORY AGENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new water-miscible non-dark colored injectable analgesic composition of a non-steroidal antiinflammatory agent for therapeutic use and provide a method for producing the agent. SOLUTION: The objective water-miscible non-dark colored parenteral injectable composition of a non-steroidal antiinflammatory agent belonging to the category of cyclooxygenase-2 inhibitor contains (a) at least one kind of NSAID, (b) an alkylamide/alkyl sulfoxide or pyrrolidone, (c) glycol and its derivative and (d) 0-20% water. A new water-miscible non-dark colored injectable analgesic composition of a non-steroidal antiinflammatory agent and a method for producing the agent are provided by the use of the above composition.
