PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an ionically conductive polyelectrolyte gel composition useful as a material for electrochemical devices and to provide a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: Provided are a novel polyelectrolyte gel composition essentially consisting of a cationically crosslinked polymer into which a polymerizable amino-containing or quaternary-ammonium-salt-group-containing amine component compound is introduced, in which the residues of the amino component compound are in a free state in which they do not form a salt with an acid except a carboxylic acid, and which has a crosslinked structure, a nonaqueous solvent and a supporting electrolyte, and a method for producing the same. |
