PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple method for manufacturing a kraft paper pressure- sensitive adhesive tape which excels in the adhesion between a kraft paper and a polyethylene based resin both at the initial period and after thermal hysteresis, and simultaneously, does not cause curling and warpage and does hardly form cells in the polyethylene based resin layer in forming the cell, in the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer by heating and can exhibit excellent adhesive performance to an adherend, and the like. SOLUTION: This method for manufacturing a kraft paper pressure-sensitive adhesive tape comprises using three types of polyethylene resins each having a specific melt flow rate(MFR), density, and melt elasticity index and, at the same time, laminating a polyethylene based resin of a mixed melt of the resins whose MFR and density are each in a specific range on one side of a kraft paper, coating a liquid volatile component on the other side or impregnating the other side with a liquid volatile component, then laminating a pressure- sensitive adhesive layer thereon, and successively heating the resulting laminate to form cells in the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer.
