PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an one-package polyurethane composition whereby the excellent initial adhesion against a concrete and mortar or the like, the adhesion in wet surroundings, heat-resistant adhesion and physical properties after curing (e.g. hardness, modulus and elongation) are obtained and the use of primer is not required. SOLUTION: The composition contains (A) an urethane prepolymer having an isocyanate group at the terminal of 100 mass pts., which is obtained by reacting a polyol compound having the number average molecular weight >=2,000 with a polyisocyanate compound, (B) an urethane prepolymer having an isocyanate group at the terminal of 1-25 mass pts., which is obtained by reacting a polyol compound having the number average molecular weight <500 with a polyisocyanate compound, and an inorganic filler.
