PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and accurately form unevenness corresponding to a fine character or figure to a mold. SOLUTION: Etching treatment is applied to a mold 32' on which a resist pattern 32' is formed to relatively shallowly form the uneven shape corresponding to the character or figure to the mold.
