METHOD AND DEVICE FOR SPRAY-DRYING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spray-drying method by which excellent cleaning property at the time of changing products, excellent drying efficiency by a spray-dryer and excellent granule strength are attained. SOLUTION: The spray-drying method is distinguished by that liquid conveyance pressure of an original liquid entering a filter membrane is >=3 MPa and a tubular membrane is used as the filter membrane in a method by which the forcibly fed original liquid is concentrated by the filter membrane and an obtained concentrate is guided to the spray-dryer to directly execute spray- drying.
