PURPOSE:To provide a low-cost output circuit for a PWM inverter with low power consumption and a small voltage control error at a winding terminal of a motor. CONSTITUTION:In an output circuit, a current control means 1 includes an N-ch static induction transistor, a P-ch static induction transistor, and a current output terminal. At the same time, a current control means 2 includes a current input terminal. Then, an output current from the current output terminal of the current control means 1 and an input current to the input terminal of the current control means 2 are controlled in a given method so as to control the N-ch static induction transistor and P-ch static induction transistor. |
