PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezolectric porcelain composition composed of PbSrTiZrO3 with a large electrostrictive constant and coercive field strength. SOLUTION: The piezoelectric porcelain composition is basically composed of PbSrTiZrO3 in which 8-15 mol% Pb is replaced with Sr, and at least one element selected from Nb, Sb and Ta (0.1 to 1 wt.% in terms of Nb2O5, Sb2O3 or Ta2O5), Sn (0.05 to 0.5 wt.% in terms of SnO2) and Ba (0.5 to 3 wt.% in terms of BaCO3) are added. |
