PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of a packing and a cover with the packing with which can be leveled evenly, has a good salability and which is safe and pollution-free. SOLUTION: A packing resin composition 3 comprising mini-pellets having a 0.1-3 mm grain diameter and no plasticizer and containing at least a foaming agent and a crosslinking agent in an olefin resin is placed in the annular groove part 2 of a top cover 1. By irradiating light using a photoheater 6, only the surface layer of the composition 3 is heated for melting, and then with further heating and foaming, a packing attached body formed integrally with a solid packing is formed in the groove. |
