PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bolt fitting/removing tool for fitting/removing plural- diameter bolts with one fitting/removing tool while solving the problem on a conventional bolt fitting/removing tool used for fitting/removing a headless bolt when mounted for supporting various members in interior work for a building that work should be done while preparing and replacing plural fitting/ removing tools all times because the tool is used for fitting/removing a one- diameter bolt. SOLUTION: A clutch cylinder 3 with a slit cut groove 4 is arranged in a tool body 1 having a sectionally deformed clutch hole 2 at the center and a roller 5 is arranged in the cutout groove 4 of the clutch cylinder to form a clutch mechanism. The plurality of clutch cylinders 3 are arranged in the clutch hole 2 to form the plurality of clutch mechanisms. The plurality of clutch mechanisms are arranged in the order of increasing diameters in use from the inner depth of the clutch hole.
