PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need for sieving raw materials when feeding the raw materials to a crusher. SOLUTION: A second chute 45 is arranged between a bar feeder 40 and a first crushing section 15. This chute consists of an upper step bar 46 and a lower step bar 47 arranged with a difference in level in a lower step from an upper step bar 46. The second chute 45 sieves and removes soil, silt, sand, gravel, etc., of small grain sizes. A supporting member 48 for supporting the upper step bar 46 and the lower step bar 47 is freely oscillatably disposed at an upper step oscillation shaft 49 arranged at a machine body 1 in an upper part. When maintenance is necessary like when the crushing teeth of a first roll 2 and a third roll 4 are desired to be exchanged, a lower step oscillation shaft 50 is removed from the machine body 1 in order to assure a working space. The lower part of the second chute is made freely oscillatable by removing the lower step oscillation shaft 50 and therefore the working space is assured by lifting the same and consumable parts, etc., are exchanged. The upper step oscillation shaft 49 may similarly be removed.
