PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact paper processing device with a simple structure capable of arbitarily selecting feeding-out destinations of the paper conveyed on various conveying paths with various configurations. SOLUTION: A second branching claw 183 communicates a first conveying path 181 and a feeding-out port of a stapling device with a second feeding-out path 172 or communicates the first conveying path 181 and the feeding-out port of the stapling device with a feeding-out path 162. The second branching claw 183 opens the second feeding-out path 172 when a solenoid 184 is switched on. The second feeding-out path 172 is closed and the first feeding-out path 162 is opened when the solenoid 184 is switched off. Whereby the paper or a paper bundle fed from two conveying paths at an upstream side of the second branching claw 183 can be arbitrarily selectively fed out to the two feeding-out paths 162 and 172.
