PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for mixing a first liquid component and a second solid or liquid component which is of structurally simple design and can be treated easily and irreversibly without confusion. SOLUTION: This apparatus is to mix the first liquid component and the second solid or liquid component in aseptic condition under low pressure. A hollow body (3) contains four ribs (37) in its inner surface. These ribs extend to the longitudinal direction of the hollow body (3) and are arranged to make an angle of 90 deg. to each other. These ribs determine a diameter of the hollow body (3) which holds the first container (1), and also determine an accurate position of the first container (3), and make it possible to insert this first container by applying a small force. The rib (37) can pass through a cavity (38) between guiding wings (35) by connecting the first container (1) to a cap with beads (4) on the rib (37).
