PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obviate operation for resetting a reset key by opening and closing a front cover after removing jammed paper at jam processing time of an image forming device stopping operation due to jamming the paper in a place contacting with a paper feeding roller. SOLUTION: When reversely rotating the paper feeding roller by removing the jammed paper by pulling out the jammed paper to the paper feeding part side, reverse rotation of the paper feeding roller is detected by a reverse rotation detecting sensor, and operation stopping of the image forming device is automatically released by an operation stopping releasing means on the basis of the detecting result (Step S4). Thus, reset operation of the reset key performed by opening and closing the front cover of the image forming device for releasing the operation stopping of the image forming device at jam processing time can be obviated. |
