PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bed knock out apparatus capable of surely preventing vibration by arranging a guide means easy to design/mount in order to prevent vibration generated in a power transmission rod of a bed knock out apparatus arranged in a press machine. SOLUTION: In the press machine 1, in order to prevent vibration generated resulting from an as cending/descending motion of the power transmission rod 7, a lever type or a cam type guide means easy to design/mount is arranged, and the vibration is absorbed by a frame.
