PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an 'all-at-once' open valve used in fire extinguishing equipment, enabling the decrease in pressure loss in a guide for supporting a valving element's up-down slide without sacrificing any slidability of the valving element of the same valve, and moreover, enabling a cost-cut in the manufacture thereof. SOLUTION: In the 'all-at-once' open valve, there is a communication port 5 disposed between a primary fluid-path 3 and a secondary fluid-path 4, and the valving element 8 is liftably set in the communication port 5. The waiving element 8, acting upon the pressure of a fluid in a control room 12 on top thereof, is thus pressurized to obstructively shut the communication port 5; such is a valving element's structure that this valve is characterized by. In a sliding portion of the waiving element within the valve 1, a cylinder-shaped liner 7 is inserted therein, and at the lower portion of the cylinder 7 there are more than two openings 7c arranged in a row allowing communication from the primary fluid-path to the secondary fluid-path. Further, a seat ring 6 is put tightly inside the valve by insertion of it into between the guide's lover edge 7a and a partition wall 2.
