PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for easily filling or replenishing a liquid aromatic substance or essential oil according to needs, eliminating likelihood of leakage so as to suit for portability or carriage and also for making the functions of deodorizing, insect-proofing, sterilization, analgesic action, mitigation and the like peculiar to aromatics as well as aromatizing applicable to every daily application. SOLUTION: A liquid permeable material 13 such as cotton, foamed polyurethane or wooden chips which is inserted into a hole 12 is filled and impregnated with the liquid aromatic substance or essential oil, and releases aromatic incense from an aromatic hole 14 without leaking the liquid or oil. The aromatic substance or essential oil can easily and stably be replenished by detaching a sealing closure 16 with a band 15 for closing the hole 12.
