PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antistatic, tacky roll for picking up dust which eliminates static electricity generated at places where friction caused by the tacky roll in cleaning floors and walls is made, gets rid of dust attaching to electronic devices and spark discharge, enables to perform stable and complete cleanings, and allows to give a certain effect of eliminating static electricity without being affected by the changes in the outer diameter of the tacky roll. SOLUTION: A conductive, tacky roll 2 of an antistatic, adhesive roll 1 for picking up dust is held by a supporting shaft 3 and has a conductive fabric 4, which covers the conductive, tacky roll 2 and is placed while keeping a gap between them, on the periphery. The conductive fabric 4 is linked to a handle 7 through a grounding electrode 5 and a movable shaft 6, and the supporting shaft is also linked to the handle 7. Because of the structure explained above, static electricity generated by rubbing the conductive, tacky roll 2 against the supporting shaft 3 is flowed to a human body through the handle 7. As conductive rubber tires 8, connected to the grounding electrode 5, contact to the conductive, tacky roll 2, a certain gap is maintained.
