PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove a binder from an inorganic compact without generating the deformation, blistering and cracking of the inorganic compact. SOLUTION: Inorganic powder and a binder are mixed with each other to obtain a mixture, and the mixture is compacted to obtain a compact, then the binder is removed from the compact by heating. The binder is composed of two or more components containing polymethacrylic acid ester, and the compact is heated in an environment where the total partial pressure of the partial pressure of hydrogen peroxide and the partial pressure of oxygen in the atmosphere is 1,000 to 5,000 Pa at the atmospheric temperature of 100 to 300 deg.C, thereby removing the binder. |
