<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a hardened body, and a manufacturing device for the hardened body by which the hardened body can be efficiently mass-produced from a paper-making sludge. SOLUTION: This manufacturing device for the hardened body comprises a material-adjusting mechanism 10, a paper-making mechanism 20, a pressing machine 50 and a dryer 60. In this case, the material-adjusting mechanism 10 adjusts the paper-making sludge, and forms a slurry 14. The paper-making mechanism 20 makes a paper-making body 26 from the slurry 14. The pressing machine 50 performs dehydration by pressurizing the paper-making body. The paper-making body on a carrying belt 23 is formed into a multilayer body while being transferred onto a rotating drum 30 for cutting, and the paper-making body 26 which has been formed into the multilayer body is cut at the stage that a specified thickness is reached. Thus, the paper-making body 26 of a uniform thickness can be continuously formed, and the hardened body 1 can be efficiently mass-produced.</p> |
