PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate having excellent tearability, heat sealability and hot tack strength and a packaging bag using the laminate or the packaging bag for filling and packaging dried seasoning for sprinkling on rice, a material of boiled rice with tea poured over it, bath agent or the other various type powders. SOLUTION: The laminate comprises at least a base material layer and a sealant layer of a polyethylene resin composition of two or more layers with characteristics of (1) a trouser tearing strength in lateral and longitudinal directions of 200 g or less, (2) a hot tack strength at a sealing temperature of 110 to 130 deg.C of 1.5 N or more and (3) a heat sealing strength at 120 deg.C of 1.0 kg/15 mm or more and at 140 deg.C of 2.5 kg/15 mm or more, and the bag for the package uses the laminate.
