PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for cleaning bath water which can make the amount of chlorine to be produced constant even when various kinds of dispersion exist. SOLUTION: The apparatus has a salt dissolution tank 7 which produces a salt solution, an electrolytic cell 6 to which the salt solution produced by the tank 7 is supplied and which has electrode plates 6a for generating chlorine by electrolysis, a pump 3 for sending the salt solution from the tank 7 to the cell 6, and a control part 30 for controlling the operation of the pump 3. The operation time of the pump 3 is controlled by the control part 30 to be changed in view of the quantity of the electric change between the electrode plates 6a.
