PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely prohibit a main rope from getting off a sheave even when effects of vibration or the like are given to it. SOLUTION: A main rope regulating member 21 is disposed to cross a main rope 9 stretched around a sheave 5 in a winding machine 1, so move of the main rope 9 to get off the sheave 5 is prohibited by the main rope regulating member 21.
