ANIONIC POLYMER-BASED NANOEMULSION IN FIELD OF COSMETIC, DERMATOLOGY, PHARMACOLOGY AND/OR OPHTHALMOLOGY, AND ITS USAGE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent O/W-type nanoemulsion excellent in storage stability. SOLUTION: The O/W-type nanoemulsion contains an oil phase dispersed in an aqueous phase whose oily droplets have an average particle size of <=100 nm, and it comprises (1) at least one amphoteric lipid selected from a nonionic amphoteric lipid, an anionic amphoteric lipid and their mixture and (2) at least one anionic polymer having at least one hydrophobic chain. The anionic amphoteric lipid is selected from a mixture of a fatty acid and a fatty alcohol, a mixture of a carboxylic acid and glycerol, an alkyl=ether=citral, an alkenyl= succinate, a fat ester of phosphoric acid and their mixtures, and the weight ratio of the oil phase to the amphoteric lipid is in the range of 1.2 to 10 in the anionic amphoteric lipid.
