<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that a package is returned in the worst case to a home delivery orderer who originally dispatches the package when a home delivery receiver is absent from home for some days, and the home delivery receiver has to take the trouble and time to visit a delivery center in receiving the package. SOLUTION: A user terminal 10 registers an information means, a contact addressee, a delivery destination, etc., to receive information when delivery of a package to a use is required together with his/her name and address through a network 50 or each of branch terminals 20 of a delivere or from a contract branch terminal 40 to a data base 35 of a central computer 30 of the deliverer. When delivery of a package to the registered user is required, the deliverer decides the delivery destination in accordance with the data base 35 and gives the contact addressee the information about the package to be delivered to the user and expected data of delivery to the user by the information means registered by the user. It is possible for the user to change the data and time of delivery, the place of delivery, etc., from the user terminal 10 etc., on the basis of the above information.</p> |
