<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pellet regeneration apparatus equipped with a continuous crystallizing mechanism for processing used PET flakes into crystalline regenerated pellets generating no adhesion after the molding of pellets. SOLUTION: The pellet regeneration apparatus is constituted of a melting device 2 or 3 for melting PET to extrude a sufficiently dried string-shaped strand (c), a strand gradual cooling device 4 and a pelletizer 9. The gradual cooling device is formed from a blower 4a, a mesh conveyor 5 for transferring the strand, the wind reflecting plate 6 provided to the mesh belt 5a to be arranged on the back side of the running strand, a pair of wind barrier plates 7 provided to both side edges of the upper part of the belt and a partition plate 8 for partitioning a plurality of strands and, at a position where the strand (c) of which the crystallization whitening is completed by cooling arrives, the pelletizer is arranged.</p> |
