<p>Pharmaceutical preparation containing pharmaceutically acceptable bearer or solvent and composition containing circle system, to which is bonded a sulphamate group of formula (I), wherein each of R1 and R2 is independently selected from the group comprising H, alkyl, alkenyl, cycloalkyl and aryl, wherein at least one of R1 and R2 is H and wherein the circle ring consists of at least three circles, at least two of which are bonded; wherein the composition is an inhibitor of the enzyme with the activity of steroid sulphatase (E.C.3.1.6.2); wherein if the sulphamate group was replaced in the composition by sulphate group to make sulphate composition and incubated with the enzyme of steroid sulphatase (E.C.3.1.6.2) in pH 7.4 and temperature 37 C the value Km less than 50 umol would be obtained.</p> |
