The invention relates to a device for producing parallel light beams by means of a beam splitter which divides a light beam into two parallel beams. Said beam splitter is a plane-parallel light-transmitting plate (1) that has a front (2) on which the light beam (5) is incident and is split up in such a manner that it leaves the plate (1) on the back (3) as two parallel beams (9, 11). The front (2) of the plate (1) is fully metal-coated in the area (6) that lies outside the incidence of the beam, and the back (3) is partially metal-coated in the area (7) of emersion of the transmitted beam (9). The plate (1) is tilted by a tilt axis (P) to change the angle of incidence ( gamma ) of the beam and the tilt axis (P) extends in the plane of extension of the plate (1) parallel to the plane-parallel lateral faces (2, 3) of the plate (1) and intersects the point of incidence (A) of the incident light beam (5). |
