The apparatus comprises micro-chamber matrices (4) accommodated in a frame structure extending at right angles from the matrices on both sides, and including raised sections (2) forming closed surrounds for the matrices. Base plate and/or cover plate (7, 8) carry fixed plungers (6) precisely fitting intermediate spaces formed by the raised sections, into which they can be moved, filling them. Preferred features: On ends of the plungers facing the micro chamber matrices (4), a layer is fastened, comprising resilient material (9) and a sealing film (11). Several microchamber matrices (4) are held simultaneously in the frame. A corresponding number of plungers is allocated to them. These are fastened to the base- or cover plate. A vapor barrier (10) is introduced between the layer of resilient material and the sealing film of each plunger. Between each plunger and the elastic layer, a metal foil is located. The base- and/or cover plates include temperature control components. One or more plungers have these. In plunger(s), recesses accept reserves of solvent(s). Base- and cover plates can be fixed together using screwed connections or clamping springs. |
