The fabrication of recycled paper and cardboard moulded elements comprises mixing of ground paper and cardboard with water paste, wheat flour and clear adhesive and e.g. ground glass fibre. Also claimed is apparatus for implementing the process. CLAIMED APPARATUS - The apparatus has a mould (1) with a frame (2) and a filter cloth (3) below the mould cover (4). EMBODIMENT - Springs (5) control the mould cover (4), and a suction tube (6) supplements perforations (8) covered by absorbent cloth (9) absorbing the liquid of the mixture.
