PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for efficiently draining surface water to an underground section. SOLUTION: The underground drainage system has a water collecting member 10 buried near ground surface E and a water dropping pipe 30, in which an upper-end opening section is connected to an outlet 12a formed to the bottom wall 12 of the water collecting member and a water permeable section at a lower end section reaches a non-aquifer C, and surface water flowing into the water collecting member through the first filter 13 is drained to the water dropping pipe through the second filter 14 and to the non-aquifer C from the water permeable section of the water dropping pipe.
