PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building, by which energy can further be conserved and an effect on living environment due to a chemical substance can further be reduced. SOLUTION: The building is constructed by a framework construction method, wood frame construction or a new or conventional construction method, and a ventilation space (1D) communicating with an attic space (1A) and an underfloor space (1B) or the like is formed into a wall. A heat exchanging type ventilator (5) capable of replacing indoor and outdoor air, exchanging heat is arranged into a ceiling enclosed internal section (1C), and an exhaust opening (8) discharging air in a habitable room into either space of the spaces (1D) and (1C) is formed to the habitable room (1). The heat exchanging type ventilator (5) is constituted so as to suck air in either space and discharge it to the outdoors and be able to directly supply the habitable room (1) with air sucked from the outdoors. |
