The invention concerns a device for dispensing and tearing open products individually packaged, characterised in that it consists of a box (1) comprising a vertical wall over practically its entire height defining first and second volumes (3, 5), said first volume comprising a tray (7) mounted on a spring (8) or the like and whereon is arranged at least a product (4), said second volume being covered with a horizontal plate (6) whereon is arranged a device for tearing open the package of said product when it is dispensed.
