The mixer has a metal carrier frame (1) of parallelepiped shape. A mixing drum (3) is rotatably mounted and positioned at an angle, with a filling hopper. A power take off connection (4) is positioned at the base of the drum and actuates it for rotation. A large capacity water tank (5) is fixed to the frame and feeds water (6) into the drum. Carrier sleds or discharge chutes are provided to remove mixed cement from the mixer.
