REFLECTIVE LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY DEVICE

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a reflective liquid crystal display device with high brightness and high contrast and having an attached frontlight. SOLUTION: An inclined angle of outgoing light from the frontlight is optimized. A non-reflection coat is applied on the rear side of a light transmission plate and on the front side of the reflective liquid crystal panel. Scattering property of the reflection surface of the liquid crystal panel is optimized matching with the inclined angle.
