<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a high speed response characteristic of a sense amplifier, to reduce current consumption, and to provide a latch function. SOLUTION: MP1 and MN1 are connected to the outside of a first inverter of an MP3 and an MN3 in which a gate is connected to an input terminal 3X and a drain is connected to an output terminal 4, MP2 and MN2 are connected to the outside of a second inverter of an MP4 and an MN4 in which a gate is connected to an input terminal 3, an output of the first inverter is connected to gates of the MP2 and the MN2, an output of the second inverter is connected to gates of the MP1 and the MN1, and an MP5 for enabling is connected between the drains of MP1 and the MP2.</p> |
