<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic clutch at a low cost by enlarging the compatibility of parts and using the same clutch case independently of the shape of a coil support part. SOLUTION: This electromagnetic clutch transmits or cuts off the power between a driving rotor and a driven rotor by electrifying or cutting off a clutch coil supported by a support member fitted to a case of a rotary machine by positioning. In this electromagnetic clutch, any one of the clutch coil support member and the case is provided with a positioning projection having the predetermined diameter, and the other thereof is provided with a recessed part to be fitted with the projection with a variable fitting width in the circumferential direction of a rotor. The recessed part is formed of a fitting groove with a variable width extended along the circumferential direction of the rotor or plural fitting having a different inner diameter arranged along the circumferential direction of the rotor.</p> |
