PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for processing image for providing the image of high quality. SOLUTION: In step S101, the length Clength of a recording dot string C and the length Nlength of a recording dot string N are calculated. Next, in step S102, it is decided whether the X coordinate of one end of C exists at a position separated from the X coordinate of one end of N just by one pixel or not. If the decision is negative, processing is advanced to step S105. Further, in step S103, it is decided whether both the Clength and the Nlength are equal to or shorter than a complementary limit length Lmtlength or not. If the decision is negative, it proceeds to step S105. In the case if the decision is affirmative in step S103, it proceeds to step S104 and the X coordinate of one end of C is increased so that C and N can be continued. |
