PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an immunological detection method capable of detecting a substance to be examined rapidly and simply. SOLUTION: The immunological detection method of substances to be examined includes a step (A) for developing a liquid to be examined containing a substance to be examined and a first immunochemical component on a water absorbable base material, having a fixing phase wherein a second immunochemical component which is capable of being bonded to the first immunochemical component bonded to the substance to be examined is fixed, a step (B) for developing a labelled composite, where a third immunochemical component capable of being bonded to the substance to be examined and enzyme are fixed to a moisture-dispersing type polymer particles (hereinafter to be referred to as a carrier) to cause a second immunochemical component - first immunochemical component - substance to be examined-labelled composite to be formed on the fixing phase and a step (C) for developing an enzyme substrate liquid on the fixing phase.
